The Bears Den Mountain Lodge, since 2007, is a luxury boutique lodge, being one of the only quality Western built lodges in Hakuba we cater for small groups, families, singles and couples. We are just 300 meters from Goryu Gondola, which means you can ski to our door. The Bears Den is walking distance to restaurants, bars and onsens.
There are 5 spacious double rooms; each equipped with 2 Sealy Posturepedic King Single Beds and Sheridan Australia, 5 star linen. All rooms have a private en suite and shower.
Our Family Room has 2 Sealy Posturepedic King Single Beds and a 3 Bed Bunk and Sheridan Australia, 5 star linen, a private en suite with vanity and shower. This room can be booked for groups or family stays.
All the rooms have under floor heating, micro-fleece bath robes, slippers, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, Hakuba information pack, ipod docking station, wireless internet and a great outlook.
Our Media Room will provide a quiet area for guests to relax and watch the large flat screen TV, with surround sound. There is a great selection of classic movies, snowboard and skiing DVD’s and a plethora of books, board games and magazines.
We also have an Outdoor Japanese-style Hot Tub with views of the picturesque Eastern Mountains.
Bears Den Mountain Lodge
This spacious and beautifully furnished Mountain getaway can be booked exclusively for your group, sleeps up to 12 guests in five bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
Accommodation features live-in hosts for the ultimate Hakuba ski holiday experience. With personal yet discrete service from our live-in hosts, the best features of 5 star luxury lodge living and friendly in-house service are combined. Spacious and comfortable, the Bears Den Mountain Lodge combines modern western furnishings and conveniences with a local perspective.
The Lodge is equipped with an 10 seater van allowing guests to explore the neighbouring resorts in Hakuba valley.
Rates are from ¥105,000 per night and include:
• cooked western breakfasts
• early morning shuttle to any resort in Hakuba
• arrival and departure transfer
• complimentary drinks on arrival
