Booking Policy:
50% deposit required for confirmation of bookings. once we have received the deposit there is no refund unless we can refill the cancellation.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Payment in JPY or AUD, major credit cards welcome (5% surcharge applicable).

Cancellations affect us significantly. CANCELLATIONS MADE 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TARIFF UNLESS WE CAN REFILL THE CANCELLATION.

Luxury Self Contained Lodge
This spacious and beautifully furnished Mountain Lodge can be booked exclusively for your group, sleeps up to 13 guests in five bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
Accommodation features live-in hosts for the ultimate Hakuba ski holiday experience. With personal yet discrete service from our live-in hosts, the best features of 5 star luxury lodge living and friendly in-house service are combined. Spacious and comfortable, the Bears Den Mountain Lodge combines modern western furnishings and conveniences with a local perspective.
The Lodge is equipped with an 11 seater van allowing guests to explore the neighbouring resorts in Hakuba valley.
Rates are from ¥105,000 per night and include:
• cooked western breakfasts
• early morning private shuttle to any resort in Hakuba
• arrival and departure transfer
• complimentary drinks on arrival
• an introductory guided ski tour
• shopping and onsen tours
